By participating in the Slice4Shelter Golf Fundraiser on Aug 20/2024 at Glendale Golf and Country Club, I acknowledge and accept that golf involves inherent risks of personal injury and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks. I release and hold harmless Royal LePage Prime, its officers, employees, agents, and sponsors from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree to indemnify Royal LePage Prime against any claims made due to my participation. I consent to receive necessary medical treatment during the event and agree to bear any associated costs. I authorize the use of my photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. This waiver is governed by the laws of Manitoba. I have read and understand this waiver, and by participating, I agree to its terms.
